Window, Sash, and Frame
For the lifetime of the window under normal use, the following are covered:
- Vinyl Components: Protection against blistering, peeling, pitting, flaking, and corroding.
- Mechanical Parts: Includes locks, tilt latches, vent locks, and block-and-tackle balancing systems.
Insulated Glass
The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against defects causing material obstruction of vision due to dust or moisture inside the panes. If failure occurs, we’ll replace the glass at no cost.
Note: Natural condensation from humidity is not considered a defect.
Glass Breakage

While we cover most aspects of window performance, homeowners are responsible for maintaining alarm systems and ensuring no alterations are made to the windows that could void the warranty.
