The whole team was so helpful from the very beginning and it was very easy to be in communication with them throughout the process. On installation day, Zach and Aaron were more than willing to walk me through the house and made sure I understood everything. They were willing to explain in detail if I had questions and took their time. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good product in the end. Window Man was our first contractor interaction for the beginning of our remodel and both Zach and Aaron made me feel so comfortable and confident. Ben was our sales guy- no pressure at all, walked us through everything, kept me updated when our door and windows came in. Rance the owner came and did the measuring himself. Holly was super kind when I spoke with her. Aaron and Zach did our installation and they were great and I tried to talk them into getting into masonry so they’d come fix my chimney but they weren’t interested! 😂😂😂 They are installation pros- everything looks beautiful and they cleaned everything up perfectly. House stuff can be so stressful but our experience with Window Man was enjoyable and we will absolutely use them again.

Mike was great at explaining the process and answering any questions I had during the quote process. Holy was so sweet and helpful with any additional questions I had.
